Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. The free-shipping threshold and the flat fee below it are set in the store settings and shown in the ticker and at checkout — they are not hardcoded, so festive offers can change without a surprise at the door.

How long

Dispatch is typically within a few working days after the order is placed, then courier transit on top. You will get an update on the phone number saved with the order.

Cash on delivery

COD is available at checkout. Please keep the payable total ready for the courier. Online pay (UPI, cards, netbanking) is handled by Razorpay.

Damage in transit

Photograph the parcel if it arrives damaged and write to us from the contact page or your order confirmation so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
