Returns & refunds

If a piece is unused, in original packing, and not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Write to us with your order details from the contact page or your confirmation email.

What we cannot take back

Pieces that have been used, polished, or damaged after delivery, or returned without the packing needed to ship them safely. Custom or made-to-order notes, if ever offered, would be marked on the product page.

Refunds

Online payments are returned to the original Razorpay method after we receive and inspect the piece. COD refunds are arranged by bank transfer to the account you specify. Shipping charged on the original order is refunded when the return is our error.
